Sign up as a business, create your campaign by choosing a type (service, product, or e-commerce), select your category and plan, then submit for review. We approve within 24 hours. After payment, we match you with verified tryers.

Service campaigns (salon, cleaning, dining, fitness), product campaigns (beauty, food, tech, supplements), and e-commerce campaigns (ship to Jarrib for QC, or use discount codes).

Our algorithm matches tryers based on their interests, location, trust score, and tier level. Higher-tier tryers get matched to higher-value campaigns.

No. All private feedback is completely anonymous. You see "Tryer #7" — never their real name or contact details. This is by design to ensure complete honesty.

That's the value. Honest feedback — including constructive criticism — helps you improve. Authentic public experiences, even mixed ones, are infinitely more credible than fake 5-star praise. Most businesses see an average satisfaction rating of 4.2 out of 5.

Full refund before tryers are matched. No refund after products or vouchers have been distributed, since the campaign is already in progress.

Yes. The product or service is completely free. No hidden fees. No credit card required. Nothing.

Try the product or service honestly. Then share two things: anonymous private feedback directly to the business, and a public post on Google or Instagram about your genuine experience during your assigned review window.

Say so! That's the whole point. Businesses want honest feedback, not fake praise. A thoughtful 3-star experience with real detail is more valuable to them than a meaningless 5-star one.

Businesses never see your name, contact details, or which public post is yours. Private feedback shows only your anonymous tryer number (e.g. "Tryer #7"). Your delivery address is only used by Jarrib — never shared with the business.

You start as New with access to service experiences. Complete 3 to reach Bronze (products unlocked). 10+ for Silver (premium experiences, priority matching). 25+ for Gold (the best stuff first, early access to new campaigns).

You get a 24-hour grace period. After that, your trust score drops and you may lose access to future experiences. We take deadlines seriously because businesses depend on your participation.

Every product shipped to Jarrib is inspected for quality, packaging integrity, correct quantity, and expiry dates. Products that fail our check are returned to the business with a detailed report.

The business pays shipping costs as part of the campaign fee. Rates depend on product weight: AED 10 (under 500g), AED 15 (500g–2kg), AED 25 (2–5kg), AED 40 (5kg+).

If a product is damaged during Jarrib-to-tryer shipping, we replace it from remaining stock or request a replacement from the business. The tryer gets an extended feedback window.

Service campaigns start at AED 349 for 5 tryers. Product campaigns start at AED 449 + shipping. See our pricing page for full details on all plans.

We inspect every product for quality, repackage it with Jarrib labels, and ship it to each tryer individually. The extra cost covers logistics, quality control, and full anonymity.
