Jarrib is a technology platform facilitating complimentary product and service trial experiences. We connect businesses with verified tryers who try products and services and share their honest opinions — both privately and publicly.

Tryers share honest personal opinions. Jarrib does not author, edit, or influence feedback content. Tryers commit to honest participation and meeting feedback window deadlines. Tryers agree to keep public posts live for a minimum of 30 days.

Businesses provide genuine complimentary experiences, not purchasing specific outcomes. Businesses agree not to cross-reference customer data with Jarrib campaigns. Businesses acknowledge that feedback may include constructive criticism.

All private feedback is anonymous and confidential. Businesses see "Tryer #N" labels only — never the real identity of a tryer. This anonymity is fundamental to the platform and cannot be overridden.

Products are visually inspected by Jarrib but ultimate product quality responsibility lies with the business. Jarrib checks for packaging integrity, expiry dates, correct quantity, and general condition before distribution.

Full refund before tryers are matched. No refund after products or vouchers have been distributed to tryers, as the campaign is already in progress.

Accounts may be suspended for no-shows, missed deadlines, policy violations, or abuse of the platform. Jarrib reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
