Terms of Service

Jarrib is a technology platform owned and operated by Nexever Digital Technologies LLC, Dubai, UAE ("Nexever"). All payments made on the Jarrib platform are processed and managed by Nexever Digital Technologies LLC. Jarrib facilitates connections between businesses ("Businesses") and verified UAE residents ("Tryers") for the purpose of complimentary product and service trial experiences.

Jarrib is a facilitator only. We are not the manufacturer, seller, service provider, or producer of any products or services listed on the platform.

To use Jarrib, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a legal resident of the United Arab Emirates with a valid UAE mobile number;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
• Not be prohibited from using the platform by applicable law.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and current. Jarrib reserves the right to verify your identity and reject or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.

You may only create one account per individual or business entity. Multiple accounts, fake accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

By participating as a Tryer, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate profile information;
• Try products and services in good faith as a genuine consumer;
• Submit honest, original feedback within the assigned review window;
• Keep public posts (Google reviews, Instagram, TikTok content) live for a minimum of 30 days;
• Not contact Businesses directly outside the Jarrib platform;
• Not solicit additional benefits, discounts, or compensation from Businesses;
• Not engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or harmful behavior;
• Bear sole responsibility for your decision to try any product or service (see Section 11: Risk and Liability).

By participating as a Business, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete descriptions of products and services;
• Honor all vouchers and product allocations issued through Jarrib;
• Not contact, identify, or attempt to identify Tryers outside the platform;
• Not retaliate against Tryers for honest feedback;
• Comply with all applicable UAE consumer protection, advertising, and product safety laws;
• Bear sole responsibility for the safety, quality, legality, and accuracy of the products and services you offer.

All private feedback submitted by Tryers is anonymous. Businesses receive "Tryer #N" labels only. Businesses agree not to attempt to identify Tryers, and any such attempt will result in account termination and potential legal action. Anonymity is fundamental to Jarrib and cannot be overridden under any circumstances.

Jarrib performs visual inspection of physical products before distribution to Tryers. This inspection includes packaging integrity, expiry date verification, correct quantity, and general condition assessment.

Jarrib's quality control is limited to visible inspection only. We do not test, analyze, or verify product safety, ingredients, manufacturing standards, or suitability for any particular purpose. Ultimate responsibility for product safety, quality, and compliance rests entirely with the Business.

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, photos, videos). However, by submitting content through Jarrib, you grant:

• Jarrib a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and modify your content for platform operations, marketing, and promotional purposes;
• The relevant Business a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your public content (Google reviews, Instagram posts, TikTok videos) for their marketing purposes.

You confirm that all content you submit is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Jarrib name, logo, platform design, and all related trademarks are owned by Nexever Digital Technologies LLC. You may not use them without prior written permission.

You must not:

• Create fake or duplicate accounts;
• Submit false, misleading, or AI-generated reviews;
• Manipulate the matching, rating, or feedback systems;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or Jarrib staff;
• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with platform operations;
• Resell, transfer, or commercialize vouchers issued through Jarrib;
• Contact Tryers (if Business) or Businesses (if Tryer) outside the platform;
• Violate any UAE law or regulation.

Violation results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of points/fees, and may be reported to UAE authorities.

All payments made on Jarrib are processed and managed by Nexever Digital Technologies LLC, Dubai, UAE, through Stripe and other authorized payment processors. By making a payment, you authorize Nexever to charge your selected payment method.

All campaign fees, shipping fees, and pickup fees are clearly displayed prior to payment. By completing payment, you accept these fees in full and acknowledge that they are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

YOU USE JARRIB AT YOUR OWN RISK.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• (a) Jarrib is a facilitator only. We do not manufacture, produce, or provide the products or services listed on the platform. We make no representations or warranties about quality, safety, suitability, fitness for purpose, or any other aspect of products or services offered by Businesses.
• (b) Tryers assume all risk associated with trying any product or service, including but not limited to allergic reactions, health effects, injury, property damage, or any other harm. Tryers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, conducting patch tests, consulting medical professionals where appropriate, and exercising their own judgment before use.
• (c) Businesses are solely responsible for the safety, legality, quality, and performance of their products and services. Any claims arising from product or service use must be directed to the Business, not Jarrib.
• (d) Jarrib is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — arising from or related to your use of the platform.
• (e) To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, the total aggregate liability of Nexever Digital Technologies LLC and Jarrib for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total amount you paid to Nexever in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or AED 500, whichever is lower.
• (f) The above limitations apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexever Digital Technologies LLC, Jarrib, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your content submitted to the platform;
• Your interaction with other Users;
• Any harm caused by your products or services (Businesses);
• Any harm caused by your acts or omissions (Tryers).

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Jarrib or Nexever. Tryers are not employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Jarrib or any Business.

Jarrib may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior;
• No-shows, missed deadlines, or repeated policy violations;
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months);
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination results in forfeiture of accumulated points, pending campaigns, and any account benefits, without compensation.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@jarrib.ae. Deletion is processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of Jarrib after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must stop using the platform.

Jarrib is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, internet outages, courier failures, or supply chain disruptions.

(a) Good Faith Negotiation: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@jarrib.ae and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

(b) Mandatory Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Jarrib platform shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its arbitration rules, which rules are deemed incorporated by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding.

(c) Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring any claim against Jarrib only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.

(d) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

(e) Exception: Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in the Dubai Courts to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, PDPL Compliance, Cookie Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jarrib regarding the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
