We collect: name, email, phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, social media handles, area/location, and shipping address (for product campaigns only). We collect this information when you create an account or participate in campaigns.

Your data is used for: matching tryers with relevant campaigns, fraud prevention, communication about your campaigns and experiences, product delivery, and improving the platform. We do not use your data for purposes beyond what is described here.

Anonymized feedback is shared with businesses. No personal identifiers are ever shared. Businesses see "Tryer #N" — never your name, email, phone, or contact details. Your delivery address is used only by Jarrib for product shipping.

Active accounts: data retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations. Deleted accounts: all personal data is purged within 30 days of a deletion request.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@jarrib.ae to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Period. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.
