Privacy Policy

We collect: name, email, phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, social media handles, area/location, and shipping address (for product campaigns only). We collect this information when you create an account or participate in campaigns.

Your data is used for: matching tryers with relevant campaigns, fraud prevention, communication about your campaigns and experiences, product delivery, and improving the platform. We do not use your data for purposes beyond what is described here.

We share limited personal data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes of operating the platform:

• Stripe (payment processing) — processes payment data for transactions;
• Jeebly (logistics) — receives shipping addresses for product delivery;
• Google Analytics (platform analytics) — receives anonymized usage data;
• WhatsApp Business API / SMS providers — receives phone numbers for OTP;
• Email service providers (SMTP) — receives email addresses for transactional communications;
• Cloud hosting providers — store platform data securely.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or any other purposes.

Anonymized feedback is shared with businesses. No personal identifiers are ever shared. Businesses see "Tryer #N" — never your name, email, phone, or contact details. Your delivery address is used only by Jarrib for product shipping.

Active accounts: data retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations. Deleted accounts: all personal data is purged within 30 days of a deletion request.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data at any time. Contact support@jarrib.ae to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Period. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

Jarrib is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete such data. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact support@jarrib.ae immediately.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications from Jarrib (campaign updates, OTP codes, account notifications). These cannot be opted out of as they are essential to platform operation.

For promotional and marketing communications, you may opt out at any time by:

• Clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email;
• Adjusting notification preferences in your account settings;
• Emailing support@jarrib.ae.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), secure password hashing, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no platform can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your data at your own risk.

Some of our service providers (e.g., Stripe, Google) may store data outside the UAE. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the UAE PDPL.
